Call Center for New Hires, Qualifying Life Events and Year-Round Support
A dedicated call center available to enroll your new hires, process qualifying life event changes and to provide year-round benefit support for all of your employees.

$30 per employee per year plus $2,500 implementation fee.
Additional $6 per employee per year for Spanish language support.

Note: Per employee per year (PEPY) is based on total number of benefit eligible employees at the company.
Minimum charge: $7,200 plus $2,500 implementation fee.
