Benefit Enrollment Resource Center

A dedicated employee benefits website that centralizes all of your benefit communications in one online location.

$6,000 plus $2,500 implementation fee.

Each additional benefit enrollment center $3,000.

Monthly engagement campaign is available for an additional charge of $500 per month.

Call Center for New Hires, Qualifying Life Events and Year-Round Support

A dedicated call center available to enroll your new hires, process qualifying life event changes and to provide year-round benefit support for all of your employees.

$30 per employee per year plus $2,500 implementation fee.

Additional $6 per employee per year for Spanish language support.

Additional language support provided by a third party translation service. Actual translation expense passed through to employer. 

Open enrollment services are also available at an additional charge.

Note: Per employee per year (PEPY) is based on total number of benefit eligible employees at the company.

Minimum charge: $7,200 plus $2,500 implementation fee.

One page announcements that you can use to communicate details about open enrollment or for new hire enrollments. Provided in PDF format.

Price: $500 ($250 for each additional announcement)

Enrollment Presentations

Virtual enrollment presentations to department heads or to your employees. Recording provided for your use later.

Price: $1,500

Onsite presentations can be arranged for an additional charge.

HR Benefit Enrollment Manual

A detailed breakdown of each of your benefit options that you can use to refer to help answer employee’s questions about their enrollments. Provided in PDF format.
